Refund Policy

At Panda Power Solutions, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind our services with a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You have been an active client for at least 90 consecutive days. You have provided all requested documentation (including credit monitoring access, proof of ID, and proof of address). You have followed our coaching and recommendations, including avoiding actions that could harm your credit during the program.

After 90 days of service, your credit report has shown no improvement in the number or severity of negative items.

Refund Process:

Requests must be submitted in writing via email to [support@pandapowersolutions.com] within 10 days of your 90th day in the program. We will review your file within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Any setup fees (if applicable).

Payments for months where services were performed and progress was made.

Chargebacks:

Initiating a credit card chargeback instead of requesting a refund is a breach of this agreement. If work has been performed, you agree to resolve refund disputes directly with us.
